Job summary

Newlands Residential Home in Wallasey is seeking a Senior Support Worker to help people with learning disabilities, Autism, ADHD, Epilepsy and Mental Health live fulfilling, independent lives. You will build trusting relationships, deliver personalised support, and empower residents to make choices while promoting safety and dignity.

We offer a warm, person-centred environment with induction, supervision and ongoing development opportunities, including Positive Behaviour Support training and NVQ

What We’ll Give You

You will receive:

• £13.50 per hour.
• Contractual commitment from us. 40 hours per week.

What You’ll Be Doing

No two days at Newlands are the same. You could be supporting someone to prepare a meal, attend college or a work placement, enjoy a shopping trip, go swimming or bowling, visit the theatre, spend time with friends or plan an annual holiday.
