About The Role

Ash Lea House is a 13-bed residential care home in Alfreton, providing a caring, supportive and stimulating environment for adults with learning disabilities, autism and physical disabilities. We provide a high level of support to enable all the people we support to meet their personal goals and future aspirations! • Develop and maintain detailed, person-centered support plans that promote health, wellbeing, relationships, and diversity, while ensuring compliance with legal and safety standards.
• Implement robust activity plans that encourage autonomy, new experiences, and flexibility, regularly engaging with individuals to seek their views.
• Support individuals in financial planning, medication self-administration, and regular health reviews, adhering to the Mental Capacity Act principles.
• Tailor the environment to meet individual needs, ensuring Health and Safety policies, including Fire Safety, are followed.
• Recruit and manage staff through robust induction, supervision, and training processes, ensuring person-centered schedules and personal development plans.
• Deliver outstanding care and support by adhering to Salutem's Quality Assurance framework, embodying core values, and managing incidents according to policies.
