We are seeking a passionate Senior Support Worker to lead our residential specialist service in Ruddington, dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for those we support.

About Ruddington View

This welcoming service in Nottingham provides person-centred care for up to eight individuals, with facilities including communal areas, private en-suite rooms, and accessible private bathrooms. Our environment promotes independence, socialisation, and community engagement.

Role Responsibilities

• Assist people in gaining independence and life skills
• Support with personal care and daily activities
• Encourage community access and socialisation
• Assist the Manager with supervision and management tasks such as shift allocation, training, induction, supervision, medication ordering, and financial support for residents

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker
• Level 3 in Health & Social Care
• Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including those with behaviours of distress, mental health conditions, acquired brain injury, autism, forensic histories, or trauma
