Job summary

Keys Group in Retford is seeking a dedicated Senior Residential Support Worker to join our Children’s Residential service. You will lead a small team, deliver nurturing care, and support young people to thrive in a safe, supportive home environment.

This full-time role requires at least 12 months’ experience in Children's Residential, a Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 12 months of experience in Children's Residential is required.
  • Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People is required.
  • Full UK Driving Licence is required.

The Opportunity:We are experiencing continued growth within our EPIC team and are seeking a full-time Senior Support Worker to join our amazing, supportive team in Nottingham. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding care and support, helping young people lead happy and fulfilling lives.
