Agincare Rainham is seeking a Senior Support Worker to lead shifts, coordinate team activities and deliver person-centred care for individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism. You will guide colleagues across multiple locations, review care plans, and liaise closely with families and professionals to ensure safe, dignified support.

Experience in a senior support or team leader role, plus a Full UK driving licence, is required.
