Job summary

Sirona Medical Ltd. seeks a Senior Support Worker to join our Milton Keynes team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will deliver high-quality, person-centred care, guide colleagues, and promote safety, dignity and wellbeing across client services.

Senior Support Worker – Permanent

Location: Milton Keynes (multiple UK locations available)

Salary: £28,080–£37,440 per annum

Hours: 36–48 hours per week

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care and support.


• Support and guide colleagues in their day-to-day duties.


• Promote independence, dignity, safety and wellbeing.


• Assist with implementing and reviewing individual support plans.


• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safeguarding procedures.


• Support team leaders and management in maintaining high standards.


• Act as a positive role model for colleagues.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience within health or social care.


• Experience as a Senior Support Worker or demonstrable leadership potential.


• Strong communication and organisational skills.


• A good understanding of safeguarding and person-centred care.


• A compassionate, proactive and professional approach.
  
• Relevant care qualifications are desirable.

Salary & Benefit

• £28,080–£37,440 per annum, depending on contracted hours.
