A leading support organization seeks a Female Senior Support Worker for a permanent full-time position in Wembley. The role involves leading and providing high-quality, person-centered support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism. Responsibilities include implementing person-centered plans, managing complex situations, and supervising support workers. The successful candidate must have relevant experience and demonstrate strong leadership and teamwork skills.

Salary: £12.81
Essential: Experience with Autism and Challenging Behaviour, 12 months UK experience in a similar role
Shifts: Mix of early and late shifts from 7.30am to 10.00pm
Contract: Permanent full-time, requires working alternate weekends
