Voyage Care in Lindford is seeking a Female Senior Support Worker to join our residential service. The role focuses on leading a dynamic team, supervising day-to-day operations, and helping people gain greater independence in daily life.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker.
• Experience working with individuals with autism and complex behaviours.

Responsibilities

• Lead the residential service and support the Manager with day-to-day supervision and management.
• Allocate shifts, book training, induct new colleagues, support supervision, order medications, and help service users manage finances.

Typical Shifts are worked weekly on a rota to cover shifts from 7am till 7pm.

We’re currently searching for a fantastic Senior Support Worker to join us in leading our residential service in Lindford. This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people!

As a Senior Support Worker with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst assisting the Manager with the day-to-day supervision and management of the service. You could be allocating shifts, booking in training, inducting new colleagues, supporting with supervision’s, ordering medication and ensuring the people we support are supported to manage their finances. You’ll never lose sight of why you choose to do this, as our Seniors are still at the heart of providing day-to-day support.

We’re interested in our Senior Support Workers having both the right experience and the right values.
