Job summary

Brainkind is seeking a dedicated Team Leader to oversee a team delivering specialist neurological rehabilitation at Kerwin Court in Horsham. You will lead day-to-day supervision, ensure high-quality, person-centred care and work with Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists and Speech & Language Therapists to support adults with acquired brain injuries.

Brainkind is looking for a compassionate and motivated Team Leader to join our dedicated team at Kerwin Court in Horsham. This is an opportunity to lead a team delivering specialist rehabilitation for adults with acquired brain injuries, helping people regain independence, rebuild confidence and achieve meaningful rehabilitation goals.

Working alongside Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists and Speech & Language Therapists, you'll play an important role in supporting both the people we support and the Rehabilitation Support Worker team.

About the Role

About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and supporting others to develop.

You’ll ideally have:

• NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or willingness to complete within 12 months.
• Previous experience working within a care, support or rehabilitation environment.
• Experience supervising or leading a team, or be ready to take the next step into leadership.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A flexible, proactive and positive approach.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, health & safety and relevant care legislation.
• A genuine passion for helping people achieve greater independence.
