Are you a compassionate individual who wants to make a real difference? Meridian Business Support is seeking a Senior Support Worker to join a dedicated care team in Norfolk, offering day and night shifts with flexible full-time and part-time opportunities.

Your Role:

As a Support Worker, you’ll work as part of a focused and caring team. You will:

1. Provide high-quality personal care, supporting daily routines and emotional wellbeing
2. Promote independence and respect the dignity of each resident
3. Assist with general daily activities and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
4. Support the team in maintaining consistently high standards of care
5. Communicate effectively with colleagues, residents, and their families

Skills & Attributes:

• A caring and patient nature
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
• Previous experience in a care role is desirable – but not essential as full training can be provided
