Job summary

Care Quality Services is seeking a Senior Support Worker in the Rhos on Sea, Colwyn Bay area. You will support vulnerable individuals with learning disabilities, complex needs, and mental health conditions, helping them live independently in their own homes and participate in daily activities.

The role offers 18 hours weekly (8am-10am and 15:30-22:00) with training available and progression opportunities through NVQ Level 2/3 in Social Care.

Qualifications

• Previous experience required due to complexity of the project.
• Opportunity to complete NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Social Care (work-based learning) with progression opportunities.
• No prior experience required — full training is provided, and we are keen to speak with you.

We're looking for Senior Support Workers in the Rhos on Sea area, Colwyn Bay. As a Senior Support Worker with Care Quality Services, you will play a fundamental role in improving vulnerable people's lives through the care and support you provide. You will be supporting individuals with varying needs and abilities, including learning disabilities, complex needs, and mental health conditions.

Role Highlights
