Typical Shifts are: Monday - Sunday 07:00-14:00, 14:00-21:00, working 3 shifts a week including some weekends.
We are seeking a passionate Senior Support Worker to enhance the quality of life for the people we support and to assist in leading our residential service in Trowbridge. The environment is welcoming, with a dynamic team supporting a fantastic group of individuals.
You will help people gain independence, support the manager with daily supervision, allocate shifts, coordinate training, induct new staff, support supervision, manage medication, and assist with financial management for the individuals we support. Your role ensures day-to-day support remains at the core of your work.
Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker, a Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it), and experience working with individuals with autism, mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviors are essential.
