Typical shifts are worked weekly on a rota to cover shifts from 7am till 10pm.

Senior Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support are at the heart of our management teams. We’re currently searching for a fantastic Senior Support Worker to join us in leading our residential service in Lindford. This service offers a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team supporting a fantastic group of people!

As a Senior Support Worker, you'll help people gain more independence in their daily lives, while assisting the Manager with the day-to-day supervision and management of the service. Responsibilities include allocating shifts, booking training, inducting new colleagues, supporting with supervision, ordering medication, and ensuring the people we support are supported to manage their finances. You’ll always remember why you do this, as our Seniors are still at the heart of providing day-to-day support.

This role is ideal for someone looking to make a real difference in the lives of others, whether by helping colleagues grow in confidence or supporting individuals to meet their goals through increased independence.

We’re interested in candidates with both the right experience and values. Therefore, our Seniors should have previous experience as a Senior Support Worker, including working with individuals with autism and complex, challenging behaviors.
