The role involves leading support for adults with Autism and Learning Disabilities, ensuring high-quality person-centred care. Senior Support Worker
Essential: Experience working as a senior support worker
Location: Kings Heath
Salary: £12.81 per hour. Permanent, Full Time, 37.5 hours
Day Shift: 7:30am-3pm & 2:30pm-10pm. Flexibility and working weekends required.
Essential: Experience within a CQC/Ofsted setting
A supported living service for adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Learning Disabilities, and Mental Health needs. Some individuals may present challenging behaviour, and experience in this area is essential.
To lead as a Senior Support Worker in providing support, act as a key worker where appropriate, and handle emergency or complex situations responsibly. To deliver high-quality, person-centred support based on individual needs and wishes. The service supports adults with learning disabilities and autism.
