East Sussex County Council is seeking a Senior Support Worker for the Supported Living Service in Cregg Na Ba, Battle, to lead and supervise staff while supporting adults with a learning disability to live independently.
You will model best practice, ensure person-centred care, and work with multi-disciplinary teams. A robust induction and ongoing training are provided; DBS checks are required, and visa sponsorship is not offered.

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Support Worker for our Supported Living Service in Cregg Na Ba, Battle.
As a Senior Support Worker you will be motivated to provide excellent care and support by modelling good practice, monitoring performance and direct supervision of the staff. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, alongside supporting the people living there to make it home.
