Job summary

Creative Support Middlesbrough is seeking a Senior Support Worker to assist the Management Team at our Floating Support Service. You will lead a team delivering day-to-day support for individuals with complex mental health and learning disability needs with passion and professional integrity.

This role requires strong communication, computer and motivational skills, and a commitment to person-centred practice.

Qualifications

• Experience providing care to people with Complex Mental Health and Learning Disabilities.
• Experience supervising a staff team and devising rotas is beneficial.
• Willing to work towards a role-specific qualification.
• A clean driving licence is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team by example and demonstrate positive practice and values.
• Support the Management Team and deliver day-to-day provision of support.
• Contribute to management meetings and participate in development opportunities.
