We are looking for someone to take on the role of Senior Support Officer and join our busy Independent Living Team.

What you’ll be doing

In this role you will co-ordinate and develop the support and administrative duties for the delivery of the Independent Living Service. You will work closely with the Independent Living Project Officer and Senior Care and Health Officer.

What we’re looking for

  • Significant experience working in a related field of work.
  • Evidence of working in a service which relates to people who are vulnerable.
  • Drive and determination to deliver high quality services to customers at all times.
  • Excellent presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge and practical experience of using it as information and management tools.
  • Evidence of working in a customer focused environment.
