The role involves shift work, on‑call duties, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of documentation and safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a care setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve conflicts.
• Commitment to person-centred support and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of support workers.
• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care following support plans.

• Maintain accurate records and incident reports.
• Participate in Senior On-Call rota as required.
