Milewood Healthcare Ltd is seeking a Senior Support Worker / Team Leader at Beech Cliffe Grange, Rotherham. You will provide compassionate, person-centred support to adults with disabilities and lead a team of dedicated care staff to deliver high-quality services.

You will be responsible for frontline care decisions, supervising colleagues, and ensuring safety, dignity, and independence for residents in a busy care environment.

Formación

• Experience in a senior support role or similar.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care desirable.
• Ability to lead and supervise a team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide frontline care to residents and monitor wellbeing.
• Lead and supervise a team of Support Workers.
• Maintain safe, supportive daily operations within the service.
• Oversee and delegate tasks within professional boundaries.
