As a FolioMetrics Senior Support Consultant at With Intelligence, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and consulting services to our clients who utilize our FolioMetrics platform. FolioMetrics is a powerful CRM and reporting tool for the investment management industry, and your role will involve assisting clients in maximizing the value and efficiency of the platform.
Description
As a FolioMetrics Senior Support Consultant at With Intelligence, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and consulting services to our clients who utilize our FolioMetrics platform. FolioMetrics is a powerful CRM and reporting tool for the investment management industry, and your role will involve assisting clients in maximizing the value and efficiency of the platform.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, troubleshooting technical issues, answering inquiries, and providing guidance on the use of the FolioMetrics platform. You will work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements, offering tailored solutions and best practices to address their challenges.
As a Support Consultant, you will also collaborate with internal teams, such as product management and development, to communicate client feedback, contribute to product enhancements, and ensure a seamless client experience. Your strong communication skills and technical expertise will be essential in resolving client issues promptly and effectively.
Please note this role is a 12 month fixed-term contract.
