Job summary

Stryker in Belfast, Northern Ireland, seeks a Senior Supply Planner to create an integrated master plan for Belfast HeartSine, Lund LUCAS, and Redmond A&D sites. The role is hybrid with at least three days onsite and the flexibility to work from home according to site guidelines.

You will coordinate with production leads, procurement, finance, and IBP management to ensure supply plans align with demand and financial targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, finance, business or related field.
• 4 years of experience in production, supply or demand planning role where knowledge is demonstrated and experience gained in planning.
• Strong proficiency in ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, or similar systems).
• Master data maintenance experience on ERP platforms and use heuristics in driving exception based planning approach
• Experience of IBP and S&OP principles and demonstrate knowledge of the process in daily working within existing or previous business
• Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple sites, time zones, and product lines

Responsibilities

• Create Master Resource Plan to cover production/purchase needs across a 24-month horizon.
• Develop capacity plans and mitigate bottlenecks and cost impact.
• Maintain supply plan across a multi-site portfolio as franchise evolves.
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams to build capability and optimal solutions.
• Set inventory levels with demand volatility and lead times; create safety stock strategy.
• Ensure financial evaluation of supply plan with respect to budgets and targets.
• Track execution with production scheduling and buying; manage risk and backorders.
• Communicate product portfolio status and exit/phase plans clearly to the business.
• Align demand plan and supply plan through regular execution processes.
