We have an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Senior Supply Planner. In this pivotal role, you will be at the heart of our supply chain operations, ensuring our products are always in the right place at the right time to support our growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supply Planning: Manage, in partnership with our manufacturers, the scheduling, production, and delivery of all required stock, on time and in full.
2. Supplier Performance: Monitor supplier performance and identify issues to facilitate rapid improvement.
3. Supplier Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and quality products.
4. Continuous Improvement: Identify end-to-end opportunities to drive change through the supply chain.
5. KPI Management: Manage supply chain activities to achieve success in key performance indicators such as customer and supplier OTIF, product availability, inventory health, stock write-offs, and data accuracy.
6. Risk Management: Deploy strategies to mitigate supply chain risks and ensure business continuity.
7. Relationships: Collaborate with all departments, especially warehouse operations, to ensure inbound deliveries are scheduled and reverse logistics activities are managed efficiently and within budget.

About You:

• 5+ years proven experience within supply chain, purchasing, or demand planning.
• Strong experience in S&OP process implementation and improvements.
• Proven track record of delivering change in end-to-end supply chain operations.
• Comfortable working with data and manipulating it to explain current positions and next steps.
• Experience managing supplier and vendor performance and working to deadlines.
• Experience using ERP and MRP systems; experience with implementation is advantageous.
• High energy, willingness to learn, and a proactive attitude.
• Team-focused with a can-do attitude and a growth mindset.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with a startup mentality.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute plans.
