Job description

Our client, REEBOK, is looking for a Senior Demand Planner.

You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end operational lifecycle, from strategic forecasting to order placement and fulfilment.

You will be the central liaison between commercial, supply chain, sales, and the global product team, ensuring seamless operations by utilising systems such as GTNexus (INFOR Nexus) and NuORDER, and managing order processes.

This role requires a blend of analytical skills, operational rigour, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Forecasting, Operations & Analysis:
  • Develop and maintain accurate seasonal and monthly demand forecasts based on historical sales, market dynamics, and input from business teams.
  • Lead pre-season and in-season forecasting processes to support merchandising, buying, and inventory planning.
  • Provide demand insights to support decisions across product, supply chain, and finance teams.
  • Manage inventory levels and allocations to match demand and supply, minimizing fulfilment risks.
  • Coordinate with Sales operations to ensure timely order fulfilment instructions to warehouses.
  • Cross-Regional Collaboration:
    • Serve as the main demand planning liaison between Reebok Europe and RDG in Boston.
    • Partner with Sales Operations, Merchandising, Marketing, and Finance to align demand plans with business strategies and seasonal initiatives.
    • Share forecasts and updates with RDG and global partners to align supply planning and inventory commitments.
  • System & Tool Management:
    • Utilise NuORDER for line planning and wholesale partner alignment.
    • Use Infor Nexus for global supply chain visibility and tracking.
    • Employ Styleman for inventory control and margin planning.
    • Drive continuous improvement in demand planning processes and system integration.
    Skills & Experience Required:

    Experience:

    • At least 5 years in Operations, Demand Planning, or Supply Chain within consumer, fashion, or sporting goods brands.
    • Experience leading demand planning cycles, S&OP processes, and operational teams in multi-channel environments (e.g., B2B wholesale, DTC, e-commerce).
    • Strong understanding of seasonal planning and order management across international markets.
    • Experience working with global brands, especially with US and European markets.
    • Collaborating with merchandising, commercial, and finance teams to align forecasts and strategies.
    • Proven track record of improving processes, systems integration, and managing change.

    Skills & Systems:

    • Expertise in planning and operations systems such as GT Nexus, NuORDER, Excel (advanced), Power BI.
    • Strong analytical skills to interpret large data sets and generate insights.
    • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
    • Knowledge of supply chain KPIs like forecast accuracy, OTB, sell-through, and lead times.
    • Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
    • Experience with GT Nexus or Infor Nexus and NuOrder is advantageous.
    • Knowledge of customs, compliance, or global trade regulations is a plus.
