Job summary

Matchtech is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive a large-scale supply chain transformation. You will partner with senior stakeholders, operational teams and technology experts to design future-state processes and governance across business, technology and suppliers.

The role blends traditional BA activities with broader transformation responsibilities, including workshops, process mapping and ensuring readiness for implementation in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Significant BA experience in complex organisations.
• End-to-end process mapping and redesign.
• Experience in Target Operating Model design and risk analysis.
• Experience across Agile and Waterfall environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and design workshops.
• Map current and future-state processes.
• Define requirements and user journeys.
• Produce SIPOCs, process maps and use cases.
• Support Target Operating Model design activities.
• Manage requirements traceability.
• Analyse risks, impacts and dependencies.
• Collaborate with suppliers and third-party partners.
• Support operational readiness and transition planning.
• Collaborate with both Agile and Waterfall delivery teams.
