Pontoon is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Project Manager to join a high-profile transformation programme in a hybrid Warwick-based role. You will drive supplier sourcing initiatives, build robust plans and governance, and ensure continuity across global manufacturing teams.

This role requires extensive experience in aerospace or complex manufacturing supply chains, strong stakeholder management, and a PMP/Prince2/APMP/PMQ level certification.

Formación

• Formal certification in project management (PMP, Prince2, APMP or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of end-to-end manufacturing supply chains.
• Experience in aerospace manufacturing environments is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage supplier source change initiatives without operational disruption
• Coordinate global stakeholders across engineering, procurement, manufacturing and quality teams

• Conduct impact assessments and cost benefit analysis
• Manage third party suppliers and external partners
• Produce executive level project reporting and status updates
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget

Senior Supply Chain Project Manager

Warwick Hybrid Working Long Term Programme Up to 65ph Outside IR35

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our market leading giant as a Senior Supply Chain Project Manager supporting a major global transformation programme.

This role will focus on leading supplier sourcing and source change projects across a complex manufacturing environment, ensuring business continuity whilst delivering strategic supply chain improvements. Working closely with global stakeholders, suppliers and cross functional teams, you will drive projects from planning through implementation whilst managing cost, risk, performance and delivery objectives.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced project professional with a strong background in manufacturing supply chains, supplier management and procurement transformation, gained within the aerospace industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end to end supply chain and supplier sourcing projects
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets and governance structures
• Manage supplier source change initiatives without operational disruption
• Coordinate global stakeholders across engineering, procurement, manufacturing and quality teams

Essential Experience

• Proven experience managing complex supply chain, procurement or sourcing projects
• Formal Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, APMP, PMQ or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of end to end manufacturing supply chains
• Experience working within aerospace manufacturing environments
• Supplier management and sourcing expertise
• Demonstrable track record delivering complex cross functional projects
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
