NES Fircroft is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Project Manager for a 12-month contract in Warwick. The role is hybrid (3 days in office, 2 from home) and outside IR35, with responsibilities across global teams.

The successful candidate will define and execute supplier source change projects, lead cross-functional teams, and manage third-party vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. A strong PM background in end-to-end supply chain is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Recognised Project Management certification or active enrolment in a certification programme.
• 5+ years' experience managing complex, multidisciplinary projects in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency with project management software and end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing methods.

Senior Supply Chain Project Manager

Outside IR35

Duration: 12-month intial contract

Location: Warwick

Hybrid working: 3 days in office, 2 from home

The Supply Chain Project Manager (SCPM) is responsible for defining and executing supplier source change projects that support:

• New product development
• Strategic initiatives
• Business continuity risk mitigation

The SCPM works across global teams and reports project progress to management at various levels of the organisation.

The successful candidate should have a proven track record of supply chain project delivery, including experience managing projects, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while providing performance insights to management.
