CCR Commercial Refrigeration UK Ltd is seeking a Supply Chain & Procurement Manager to lead the UK end-to-end supply chain, covering procurement through to logistics. Based in Abingdon, Oxfordshire, the role can be office-based or hybrid with regular office presence as required.

Reporting to the Area Supply Chain Manager, you will oversee a team including two Procurement Specialists, ensure reliable deliveries, drive supplier performance and cost savings, and collaborate across Operations,

Qualificações

• Several years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement or a comparable function.
• Experience in Procurement and Supply Chain/Logistics, end-to-end process understanding.
• Proven experience leading and developing a team.
• Strong commercial understanding including supplier management, purchasing, cost optimisation and working capital.
• Experience driving process improvements and influencing business performance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across levels and functions.
• Pragmatic, analytical and hands-on mindset.
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP, and MS Office.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the UK Supply Chain team, including two Procurement Specialists.
• Manage the end-to-end Supply Chain, from procurement and supplier management through material planning and logistics to customer delivery.
• Ensure on-time delivery, material availability and continuity of supply while minimising disruptions.
• Drive supplier performance, sourcing initiatives, cost savings, contract management and supplier base optimisation.
• Own Supply Chain budgeting, forecasting, savings reporting and working capital initiatives.
• Drive standardisation, process optimisation and continuous improvement across Supply Chain and Procurement.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve productivity, margins and overall Supply Chain performance.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers and the wider regional and international Supply Chain organisation.
• Lead or support regional and international sourcing, benchmarking and Supply Chain improvement projects.
