The One Group is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Planner to lead procurement, supplier management, and material flow across our manufacturing operations. You will optimize inventories, align with production schedules, and mitigate risks to ensure on-time material availability.

This role emphasizes building strong supplier relationships, data-driven planning, and continuous improvement, with a Monday–Friday work week and the opportunity to impact high‑impact projects.

Qualifications

• Essential: Proven experience in a Supply Chain Management or senior procurement role within engineering, manufacturing, aerospace, or industrial environments.
• Essential: Strong expertise in MRP/ERP systems, supplier contract negotiations, and inventory optimization strategies.
• Essential: Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management abilities with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Desirable: CIPS, APICS/CPIM, or equivalent supply chain qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing, supplier selection, performance evaluations, and supplier development to meet targets for quality, cost, and delivery.
• Oversee demand planning, forecasting requirements, and material requirement plans (MRP) for raw materials, components, and consumables.
• Develop and execute inventory strategies balancing stock availability, reorder points, safety stock, and working capital.
• Identify material shortages, capacity constraints, and supply chain risks, implementing mitigation and recovery plans.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Production, Engineering, and Stores to ensure smooth material flows and prevent production delays.
• Track metrics such as Supplier On-Time Delivery, stock turns, and inventory accuracy, driving Lean and continuous improvement.

Senior Supply Chain Planner will lead and optimize all procurement, supplier management, inventory strategies, and material flow operations across the business, within manufacturing. This role focuses on building strong supplier relationships, mitigating supply risks, ensuring timely material availability for manufacturing and overhaul activities, and balancing stock levels with working capital objectives.

Monday to Friday Salary: Up to 60000

Key Responsibilities
