Job summary

ZELP LTD in London (UK) is seeking a hands-on Senior Supply Chain professional to move from prototype manufacturing to repeatable, scalable production. You will own the planning, supplier relationships and logistics required to deliver thousands of units per year, while collaborating with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Product and Operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in supply-chain management in hardware, electronics, manufacturing or engineering.
• Experience managing electronics and mechanical component suppliers.
• Experience taking products from low-volume development into commercial production.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supply plan for ZELP Sense from supplier to finished product.
• Translate production plans into component and material requirements; manage lead times.
• Establish safety stocks and inventory policies as production scales.
• Negotiate terms, MOQs, and supplier commitments; develop KPIs for supplier performance.
• Coordinate with manufacturing to ensure uninterrupted production; support scale-up.
• Design and implement global supply chain for spares, repairs, returns and recycling.
• Manage inbound logistics and freight strategies across UK, Europe, and international suppliers.
