Job description

I am recruiting for a Senior Supply Chain Lead to optimise performance, build effective relationships with suppliers and manage a high-performing team within our EMEA operations.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day supply chain activities including sourcing, procurement, and vendor management.
  • Drive operational excellence, ensuring KPIs such as OTIF, quality, and cost efficiency are consistently met.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supply chain professionals.
  • Manage supply chain projects — from system implementations to process redesign and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with agreements.
  • Analyse data to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities, delivering actionable insights to senior leadership.
What we're looking for
  • Experience from a supply chain, purchasing, material planning or project based environment with a good understanding of supply chain issues and the impact this has
  • A driven, determined and energetic outlook with the ability to see things through and reach a positive outcome
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly with Excel
