Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Staff Engineer, Supplier Quality Performance to manage supplier performance metrics and systems under limited supervision. You will own metrics oversight, lead meetings, and support audits related to purchasing controls while maintaining quality agreements.

The role requires strong coaching, consistency, and knowledge of ISO 9001 and Lean practices, with leverage of OneASL and related systems to drive improvements across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Coaching, consistency and controls compliance required for supplier quality performance.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills essential for NC/CAPAs.
• Experience with ISO 9001, GAMP and Lean supply chain practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own supplier metrics oversight and execution, and lead supplier metrics meetings and commentary.
• Serve as SME for supplier NCs and CAPAs and support audits related to Purchasing Controls.
• Maintain OneASL and Supplier Quality Agreements for DePuy Synthes.
