Job summary

Johnson & Johnson, via DePuy Synthes, is recruiting a Staff Engineer, Supplier Quality Performance to manage supplier performance metrics and systems. You will own metrics oversight, serve as SME for supplier NCs and CAPAs, and support related audits within the DePuy Synthes framework.

Qualifications

• Role requires Staff Engineer level in Supplier Quality Performance with oversight of supplier metrics and CAPAs.
• SME for supplier NCs and CAPAs and audits related to Purchasing Controls.
• Experience with OneASL and Supplier Quality Agreements is desirable.
