Job summary

Greenjets Limited is seeking a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer to be the key quality interface between the organisation and its supply chain. You will develop supplier quality strategies, establish robust quality frameworks and support ISO 9001 and AS9100 implementation.

You will travel within the UK and internationally to support supplier development and auditing activities; a minimum of 7 years in supplier quality roles and internal auditor certification are preferred as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Supplier Quality Engineering or related manufacturing quality roles.
• Proven experience developing and managing supplier quality processes.
• Strong understanding of APQP, PPAP, FAIR, FMEA and control plans.
• Experience leading supplier audits and CAPA activities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supplier qualification, approval, monitoring, and development processes.
• Conduct supplier audits, assessments, and performance evaluations.
• Identify supplier risks and lead mitigation and continuous improvement activities.
• Manage supplier CAPA, including root cause investigations and effectiveness verification.
• Communicate quality requirements to suppliers and support engineering with drawings and specs.

Education

ISO 9001 / AS9100 Internal Auditor certification
