Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to manage supplier quality performance and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain. The role focuses on audits, capability reviews, and the qualification of new suppliers, with emphasis on aerospace standards.

You will lead corrective actions, conduct root cause analysis, and ensure PPAP activities align with AS9145. Collaboration with Procurement and Engineering is essential to meet quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Supplier Quality focused position.
• A good understanding of Aerospace standards and processes.
• Experience with 8D, root cause analysis, FMEA, APQP and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience conducting supplier audits and managing corrective actions.
• The confidence to challenge suppliers and drive sustainable improvements.
• A structured, proactive and results-focused approach.

Responsibilities

A highly successful division operating separately from other global operations, this is a newly created position and will play a key role in maintaining and improving the quality and performance of the supply chain.

You will be responsible for managing supplier quality performance, ensuring that purchased components, materials and services meet expectations and supporting the development of the supply chain. Candidates are sought with proven supplier development experience and a good understanding of aerospace standards.

The Role
