Job Description:

We are working with a leading telecommunications company based in Cambridge who are looking to add a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer to their growing team. This is a full-time permanent position.

Key responsibilities will include:

1. Take ownership of reviewing and defining supplier and quality management.
2. Provide regular feedback and reporting to key stakeholders.
3. Regularly conduct audits and reviews on agreed suppliers.
4. Assist with quality inspection.
5. Assist wider business functions with improving supplier quality.
6. Able to travel internationally when required.

The successful candidate will have:

1. Electrical/Electronics or Mechanical Engineering Degree BSc / BEng / HND qualification or relevant experience.
2. Experience working within a Supplier Quality and/or Quality Engineering position.
3. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
4. Strong experience conducting supplier reviews and audits.
5. Experience with ISO 9001, PPAP, ESD Controls.
6. Experience with root cause analysis.
7. Experience supporting and developing junior team members.
