Job summary

Charles Hunter Associates is partnering with an independent fostering agency in Manchester to recruit a Supervising Social Worker. You will manage a caseload of foster families, collaborate with a multi-agency team, maintain all relevant compliance and reports, and attend fostering panel meetings.

The ideal candidate will hold a social work degree with post-qualification experience in Children Social Work, and have the right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Must have a Diploma/Degree in Social Work.
• Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship).
• Post-qualification experience in Children Social Work.

Responsibilities

• Supervising a caseload of foster families.
• Working collaboratively within a multi-agency team.
• Upkeeping all relevant compliance & reports.
• Attending fostering panel meetings.
