Job summary

Fenwick is seeking a Senior Stylist to lead styling across digital and ecommerce shoots. This on-site role sits within the Photo Studio in Brent Cross, London, reporting to the Studio Manager. You will style key shoots, guide the team, and ensure brand-aligned, commercially strong imagery.

You will collaborate with Photography, Production, and Digital teams, shaping seasonal styling directions and maintaining top-quality presentation across categories.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio showing studio styling with brand consistency across digital output.
• Experience in a fast-paced in-house photo studio environment.
• Experience guiding and developing others within styling teams.
• Ability to make confident, considered styling decisions in live studio.
• Experience creating trend packs or styling guidelines for internal use.
• Understanding of digital imagery requirements and usability.

Responsibilities

• Style key model and still-life shoots to reflect Fenwick's brand and commercial needs.
• Lead and coach the Styling team, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Oversee styling quality from pre-shoot to post-shoot reviews.
• Collaborate with Photography, Production, and Digital teams to ensure consistency.
• Shape styling direction each season through trend research and insights.
• Contribute to selected Fenwick campaigns and broader creative projects.
