Glassworks London is seeking a Senior Style Advisor for our Shoreditch store. You will be a commercially driven seller focusing on personal targets, high-value baskets, and active clienteling to grow VIP revenue.

The role emphasizes confident selling, stock-aware product knowledge, and strong presentation standards. You will support peers, maintain VM visuals, and contribute to an exceptional in-store experience.

• Strong retail, fashion, boutique, lifestyle or hospitality experience.
• Confident, warm customer approach.
• Strong styling and selling instincts.
• Ability to build baskets without pressure.

• Pride in store standards and VM presentation.

Responsibilities

• Warm greeting and active customer service.
• Styling, fitting-room service and outfit-building.
• Generating the team’s largest average baskets leveraging add-ons and high-value selling.
• VIP/clienteling activity and private appointments in store.
• Product knowledge and confident brand explanation.
• Customer relationship building and repeat-customer awareness.
• VM maintenance, rails, tables, fitting rooms and presentation standards.
• Replenishment, stockroom support and finding stock quickly.
