Job summary

Made Thought is seeking a Senior Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of major creative projects. You will manage a spectrum of client relationships, drive revenue growth, and partner with Leadership and New Business to unlock long-term opportunities.

You will nurture talent within the Account Management team, balance strategic direction with rigorous delivery, and ensure excellence in client service across all Made Thought clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large scale accounts in a creative environment.
• Experience nurturing and growing client relationships across sectors.
• Ability to lead by example and contribute across teams.
• Experience developing and motivating teams to achieve potential.
• Balance big picture with detail and prioritise workload.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects within a portfolio worth £1–£2.5 million per year and forecast demand.
• Grow accounts beyond initial scope and pursue ongoing opportunities.
• Act as primary client contact with Leadership & New Business teams.
• Lead proposal writing for larger scale projects.
• Develop senior client relationships and support AM career growth.
• Coach and develop Account Managers, delivering constructive feedback.
