Testia Limited is seeking a Structures Test Leader in Filton, Bristol. The role focuses on leading high‑stakes structural tests and related projects, from test definition to reporting, with responsibility for budgets, scheduling and stakeholder communication.

The candidate should have a mechanical engineering degree and 5+ years in project delivery in aeronautics, with testing or supplier management experience and fluent English.

Competenze

• Degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline (e.g. aerospace, structures, materials).
• +5 years of experience in project management and delivery to time, cost, quality.
• Experience with aeronautical structures.
• Experience in structures or materials testing would be an advantage.
• Experience in managing suppliers or supplier selection would be an advantage.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Lead highly critical structural tests and other business-critical projects.
• Test definition and performance support.
• Ensure calibration of equipment.
• Acquire physical data and publish test reports.
• Regular reporting and stakeholder management of test customers, including meetings.
