Job summary
Centrica Energy in London is seeking a Senior Structured Trading Business Analyst to shape ETRM solutions for gas, power and LNG trading. You will work across front, middle and back office, translating complex requirements into effective solutions and collaborating with the Programme Manager and delivery teams.
This role combines deep trading lifecycle knowledge with Agile ways of working to deliver technology that matters. A strong focus on governance, security and timely delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong Business Analysis experience with enterprise applications.
- Experience with Risk and Valuation systems in banking, finance or energy trading.
- Deep understanding of the SDLC from analysis to release.
- Able to work with technical and business teams to translate complex requirements.
- Experience delivering solutions on large, distributed platforms.
- Collaborative, proactive and curious about solving problems.
Responsibilities
- Analyse business processes and shape effective Risk and Valuation solutions.
- Build relationships with business owners and stakeholders across the business.
- Translate needs into clear, testable requirements with design principles in mind.
- Deliver high-quality analysis with future support and change in mind.
- Support governance and security requirements and manage change control.
- Stay current with industry trends and technology developments.
