Job summary

Brandon James Limited, a respected structural and civil engineering consultancy, seeks a Senior Structural Technician (Revit) in Leicester or Warwick to join a growing team. You will produce detailed structural drawings and 3D models, coordinating with engineers and architects on residential and commercial projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong Revit skills, AutoCAD knowledge, and experience in BIM coordination, delivering high-quality technical drawings across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Relevant civil/structural engineering qualification (HNC/HND or degree).
• Experience as a Structural Technician in a UK engineering consultancy.
• Proficiency in Revit with structural modelling and detailing.
• Good working knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM coordination.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed structural drawings and 3D models.
• Detail steel, reinforced concrete, timber and masonry structures.
• Coordinate structural models with architectural and MEP disciplines.
• Support engineers and review drawing quality; mentor junior technicians.
• Ensure drawings meet UK standards and project specifications.
