Job Purpose
The Senior Structural Technician will be responsible for producing, coordinating and supervising high-quality structural drawings and BIM models across a range of new-build and refurbishment projects. Working closely with structural engineers, architects, contractors and other multidisciplinary team members, the role will support projects from initial briefing and concept through to detailed technical design and construction.
The successful candidate will bring strong structural detailing experience across steelwork, reinforced concrete, masonry and timber, with a thorough understanding of RIBA project stages, BIM coordination and construction-stage support.
