The Highfield Company in London seeks a Senior Structural Project Manager to oversee structural steel installation from planning to completion. You will manage timelines, budgets, safety, subcontractors and client communications to ensure successful delivery while leading the project team.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of project management experience in steel erection or related structures, with strong leadership and coordination across multi-disciplinary teams on major projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Project Manager in structural steel or heavy construction.
• Strong knowledge of steel construction methods and site operations.
• Experience with structural drawings and erection plans.
• Ability to plan, coordinate and lead multi-discipline teams.

Responsabilités

• Plan and coordinate the project team to oversee steel installation projects.
• Manage timelines, budgets and health and safety requirements.
• Lead site meetings and report progress to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers and subcontractors.
• Maintain project documentation and change control.
