Job summary

WSP UK is seeking an Associate or Associate Director to take a senior leadership role in delivering structural engineering services for major energy projects, including transmission and distribution networks, substations, OHL structures and power plants.

You will lead project teams, manage client relationships, drive technical excellence, mentor junior engineers and contribute to bids and business development. Hybrid and flexible working options are available.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in structural engineering design and project leadership.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
