Job summary

Aldwych Consulting is recruiting a Senior Structural Engineer in Oxford to lead and manage buildings projects from inception to completion. The role requires hands-on design across concrete, steel, timber and masonry, with survey and reporting duties as needed.

You will work within an established Structural & Civil Engineering team, collaborating with colleagues and clients across UK and international projects.

Qualifications

• Must be able to run and manage projects and junior staff.
• Excellent communication skills and client liaison abilities.
• Chartership status or eligibility is essential to pursue professional accreditation.
• Proficient in structural analysis software packages Tekla, MasterSeries, SCIA and Tedds.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from inception to completion for buildings projects.
• Prepare and check designs for concrete, steel, timber and masonry structures.
• Carry out surveys and issue reports as required.
