Job summary

You will lead design, mentor junior engineers, communicate with architects and clients, and contribute to site delivery from concept through to completion. This role offers a clear route toward senior management.

Qualifications

• A degree (or equivalent) in civil or structural engineering.
• Chartered status with ICE or IStructE or actively working toward it.
• Proven experience in building structures within a consultancy environment.
• Proficiency with Tekla and Autodesk and other analysis tools.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of the design and construction process from concept to site delivery.

• Undertaking detailed design and structural analysis across various building types in the property sector.
• Leading projects and overseeing the work of a design team.
