What You Need To Succeed

• Proven experience in structural design, with knowledge of steel, concrete, timber, and masonry structures.
• Proficiency in structural analysis and design software such as Tekla, Tedds, or similar.
• Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations, Design Standards, Codes of Practice and Health & Safety regulations.
• Experience working on building projects from concept through to completion.
• Ability to produce detailed calculations, technical drawings, and reports.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team and with clients.
• Commitment to high‑quality design and continuous professional development.
• Chartered (or working towards) with IStructE or ICE.
• MEng or BEng in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
