Qualifications

• Chartered with IStructE or ICE and international equivalent.
• Excellent communicator capable of explaining complex Engineering principles.
• Track record leading high-design, sustainable or re-use projects.
• Experience in steel, concrete, timber; MMC knowledge beneficial.
• Passion for sustainable solutions and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
• Interest in commercial aspects and managing project change.
• Experience in assessment, retrofit and alteration of existing structures.
• Exposure to construction supervision and site investigations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and agree structural concepts and design philosophies.
• Lead day-to-day project delivery and technical leadership.
• Coordinate with clients and architects; represent Ramboll at meetings.
• Mentor engineers and technicians; foster an inclusive culture.
• Promote low-carbon design and innovative structural solutions.
