Helmerich & Payne is seeking a senior structural engineer to lead drilling rig design projects from conception to delivery. The role requires coordinating with field teams, fabricators, and Houston facilities to meet engineering needs across the Middle East region and beyond.

You will develop and review structural designs, provide technical advisories, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring compliance with API and AISC practices.

Qualificações

• Bachelor of Science in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited university.
• Saudi Consul of Engineering Certified.
• 8+ years of structural design experience with ability to formalize design reports and perform calculations.
• Experience with drilling rig design and API/AISC knowledge.
• Professional Engineer license and CAD/Office proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate construction projects with local fabricators and Houston assembly facility.
• Design new structures and analyze builds for modification projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with fabrication facilities.
• Create and distribute Certificate of Compliance documents.
• Mentor junior engineers and support cross-functional teams.
